About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the digital product strategy for a robust supply chain portfolio supporting Integrated Planning
- Provide digital product management and AI enablement for inventory optimization, strategic capacity management, and production scheduling initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through execution, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with supply chain operations, IT, data science, and customers across business units
- Partner with Digital Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Experience Designers, Testers, and Technical Architects to deliver the product roadmap
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and value realization
- Drive cost savings, inventory reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Implement go-to-market and change management strategies to drive adoption of digital tools across supply chain teams
- Identify emerging trends and innovations for supply chain digital transformation
- Evaluate portfolio solutions for sustainability and alignment with evolving business needs
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
- Foster agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within digital teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree required
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in digital strategy, product management, experience design, or equivalent related experience
- Prior experience and knowledge of business processes, technologies, and various digital strategies
- Experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps
- Experience of supply chain processes and performance drivers, including demand or supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, or scheduling
- Experience developing strategies and requirements for custom digital applications and SaaS platforms
- Experience engaging with customers to gain insights and gather requirements for product strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Control Towers, APIs, advanced data analytics, Intelligent Automation, and web application development
- Proficiency with common business tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Proactive, organized, and passionate teammate
- May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
- Focused degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related area preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- Preferred experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Planning, Network Strategy, or Value Stream Management
- Preferred experience translating supply chain challenges into scalable digital products using custom applications, SaaS platforms, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities
- Preferred experience design skills including wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture
- Preferred understanding of agentic AI, machine learning, data science modeling, digital twins, virtual assistants, and value stream mapping
