About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance for JNJ.com and the enterprise digital ecosystem
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of digital experiences, capabilities, and content management platforms
  • Use user research, analytics, stakeholder feedback, market trends, and experimentation to prioritize product investments and enhancements
  • Lead customer, market, and emerging digital opportunity research
  • Drive platform scalability, interoperability, and reuse across functions, regions, and customer groups
  • Translate business requirements and strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions from concept through execution
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs, Communications, Technology, Legal, business units, and external agencies
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, release planning, enhancement initiatives, agency partnerships, technology partners, and vendors
  • Drive user-centered design aligned with UX, accessibility, content, brand, and governance standards
  • Establish performance metrics, customer insights, and success measures for continuous optimization
  • Lead digital ecosystem governance for consistency, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Improve content operations and digital workflows through technology-enabled solutions
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives involving AI-enabled content creation, content management, personalization, search, knowledge management, and publishing
  • Support responsible AI practices aligned with governance, compliance, and risk requirements
  • Lead and develop product, digital experience, and operations teams
  • Coach and mentor team members in digital product management, customer experience, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies
  • Build team capabilities in digital platforms, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and modern product management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, web platforms, digital communications, or related fields
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience managing internal product owner teams and agency partners
  • Proven experience defining, launching, and optimizing successful digital products and platforms
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, customer experience, accessibility, and digital guidelines
  • Experience managing website platforms, content management systems, and digital ecosystems
  • Experience with digital product management methodologies, agile operating models, and customer experience design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing budgets, external partners, and strategic vendor relationships
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across global organizations
