About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive optimal global planning of a product portfolio from an End-to-End perspective across the JSC Supply Chain
  • Define the End-to-End global supply chain configuration and related parameters
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) planning
  • Ensure demand and net requirements propagation and align constrained End-to-End production and inventory plans in the monthly planning cycle
  • Use multi-echelon planning techniques across global manufacturing nodes
  • Participate in executive IBP processes and lead DSRM for the team portfolio
  • Resolve End-to-End issues, including allocation management and root-cause analysis
  • Ensure supply continuity for the Synthetics Platform through cross-functional and cross-node orchestration
  • Manage and supervise execution across Plan, VCL, Source, MTO/PES, Deliver, Quality, and related functions
  • Monitor business operations and key performance indicators, identify risks early, drive resolution, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Assess process risks, tolerance levels, and tradeoffs to improve long-term resilience
  • Drive harmonized vertical and horizontal communications and connect regional, global, and supply IBP forums
  • Define and develop digital tools with GPEX/JJT teams, including control towers, batch trackers, and digital twins

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience and results in at least two of: manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, and/or supply chain management
  • Proven business experience in Supply Chain, including insight into End-to-End supply chain characteristics, Commercial and Finance, with in-depth understanding of financial processes
  • Experience with direct supervisory/team management
  • Demonstrated international/global experience combined with leadership and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work across functions where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
  • Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and collaborate with people from different departments and levels
  • Ability to work across organizational levels and boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering
  • Experience in a multi-echelon supply chain preferred
  • Proficiency with SAP and/or OMP preferred
  • Supply Chain certification such as APICS preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree) preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
