About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the ERP and Finance Technology strategy aligned with enterprise and Finance objectives
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP finance modules, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and datahub
Provide people leadership for multidisciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning
Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions
Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management
Ensure ERP solutions comply with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
Manage relationships with system integrators and technology vendors, ensuring value delivery and service quality
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven insights
Support DePuy Synthes’ transformation and separation journey
Shape global finance technology strategy and deliver business value through modern ERP solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting SAP Finance, including ERP transformations at scale
Strong people-leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals
Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution
English required
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Experience with SAP CFIN, SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA preferred
Background supporting business separations, integrations, or large-scale transformations preferred
Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries preferred
Strong change leadership and organizational transformation capabilities preferred
Proven experience leading large, complex ERP implementations or transformations preferred
SAP, PMP, or ITIL certifications preferred
Up to 20% domestic and international travel
