About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide global leadership and oversight for HCC data management and technology operations
- Modernize compliance data systems and analytics capabilities to enhance risk management and compliance reporting
- Support global transparency reporting and disclosures in partnership with the Transparency Reporting team
- Lead sourcing, governance, and quality management of compliance-related data
- Establish data governance frameworks and controls aligned with privacy regulations and data protection standards
- Develop analytics and automated controls to monitor FCPA and other anti-corruption risks
- Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HCC compliance technology tools, including RAMI, FMV, and CBI systems
- Embed compliance controls and data requirements into enterprise systems and business processes
- Partner with HCC leaders, Legal, IT, Privacy, and other functions on compliance data and technology initiatives
- Build and manage a high-performing global team
- Set team vision and objectives, and provide coaching and development
- Manage resource allocation and budgets across regions
- Report to the Senior Director HCC Risk Management Strategy & Enablement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree required
- Minimum 10–12+ years of experience
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive compliant decision-making in highly regulated environments
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance topics clearly
- Fluency in English required
- Travel up to 20–30%
- Experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Compliance, Finance Regulatory, or Quality industry preferred
- Familiarity with information management systems and applications for data mining and analysis preferred
- Track record of successful innovation to streamline business operations, including process design and implementation preferred
- Process excellence training and certification preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
- Compliance, legal, or ethics certifications preferred but not required
