About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide global leadership and oversight for HCC data management and technology operations
  • Modernize compliance data systems and analytics capabilities
  • Support global transparency reporting and disclosures
  • Partner with the Transparency Reporting team to maintain data quality and compliance in submissions
  • Lead sourcing, governance, and quality management of compliance-related data
  • Establish data governance frameworks and controls
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and secure data is available for compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and audits
  • Enable monitoring of FCPA and other anti-corruption risks using data analytics and automated controls
  • Develop and lead data analytics and advanced analytics initiatives to identify, monitor, and predict compliance risks
  • Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HCC compliance technology tools, including RAMI, FMV, and CBI systems
  • Evaluate, standardize, enhance, or decommission systems to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Embed compliance controls and data requirements into enterprise systems and business processes
  • Partner with IT and business technology teams on compliance-by-design principles
  • Collaborate with HCC leaders, Legal, IT, Privacy, and other functions
  • Facilitate cross-sector and cross-regional adoption of compliance tools and practices
  • Build and manage a high-performing global team
  • Set team vision and objectives and provide coaching and development
  • Manage resources and budgets across regions
  • Report to the Senior Director, HCC Risk Management Strategy & Enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 10–12+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive compliant decision-making in highly regulated environments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sound judgment and effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance topics clearly
  • Fluency in English required
  • Travel up to 20–30%
  • Preferred: advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics-related fields
  • Preferred: experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Compliance, Finance Regulatory, or Quality industry
  • Preferred: familiarity with information management systems and applications for data mining and analysis
  • Preferred: track record of innovation to streamline business operations, including process design and implementation
  • Preferred: process excellence training and certification
  • Preferred: project management certification
  • Compliance, legal, or ethics certifications preferred but not required
