Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement roles, particularly within R&D, supply chain, or program management
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing data analytics and AI technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
