About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business growth in the assigned territory for the Oncology franchise
- Maintain effective customer relations and map territory potential
- Cascade the science behind brands and their benefits
- Collaborate with Health Care Practitioners
- Deliver budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies and supervisory guidance
- Develop and review monthly territory sales plans and strategies
- Schedule and conduct calls with doctors, hospital pharmacies, and purchase departments
- Map territory potential, market trends, and competitors’ activities
- Profile, assess potential, target, and enlist new doctors
- Use technology developments for effective field operations
- Book distributor orders to ensure adequate market availability
- Conduct pre-call planning for effective HCP interactions
- Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Business Leaders
- Plan and execute scientific activities, including continuous medical education, with the medical affairs team
- Execute marketing campaigns for listed HCPs
- Collect and submit stock, sales, and other required statements and documents
- Prepare and send daily electronic activity reports to the Area Business Manager
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for flawless execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Pharma/B.Sc is required
- Minimum Experience of 2 years in Pharmaceutical Sales or above with over 1 year in the last organization served
- Good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and MS tools
- Experience in Oncology/Hematology space preferred
- Exposure to Hematology market will be an advantage
- Knowledge of business and procurement process
- Geographical Exposure or work experience in the State of employment
- MBA over and above will be preferred
