About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, build, and govern the multi-instance SAP application landscape, including ECC and S/4
- Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances supporting Day 1 separation
- Lead the TSA transition period and execute SAP instance consolidation into S/4 supporting TSA exit
- Define and contribute to ERP and enterprise application architecture aligned with business strategy and technology standards
- Design and integrate ERP systems with enterprise platforms across multiple systems, technologies, and data environments
- Evaluate systems and recommend technology solutions to improve business performance and efficiency
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions with cross-functional teams
- Lead system integration efforts and ensure data flow and interoperability across applications and platforms
- Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers
- Identify emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities and enterprise operations
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, standards, and architectural models
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration and performance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture, including prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members
- Hands-on and leadership experience with one or more of SAP ABAP, SAP Security, SAP BASIS, or SAP Integration BTP and IS
- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA in RICEFW
- Strong hands-on SAP GRC Access Control expertise, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM/Firefighter
- Strong hands-on experience planning, delivering, and administering SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BTP across hybrid cloud landscapes
- Experience leading integration development and architecture across SAP and enterprise platforms including SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM, TM, GTS, IBP, Concur, and Salesforce
- Experience leading teams and SI partners; technical governance, code reviews, estimation, design authority, and mentoring
- Strong experience with production support, critical incident management, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and release management across 24×7 global SAP environments
- Excellent collaboration with SAP functional leads, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, QA/Validation, Infrastructure, and global IT leadership
- English required
- Up to 20% travel, primarily domestic with occasional international travel
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
- Preferred: global S/4 implementations or transformations
- Preferred: SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, REST/OData services, S/4HANA, Joule/Generative AI, API Management, SOAP, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, event-driven integration, IAM/SSO, GxP, CSV/CSA, audit trails, electronic records, change control, regulated-industry, vendor-management, and separation/spin-off/carve-out/M&A experience
- ERP platform, TOGAF, or cloud certifications preferred
