Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive demand generation of schizophrenia medications through clinical selling and product differentiation
  • Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for the assigned geography
  • Sell across different settings of care and identify key business opportunities
  • Develop and implement customer-specific pre- and post-call selling approaches
  • Develop territory coverage plans and strategies using business analytics
  • Create business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate to the geography
  • Commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI
  • Preferred: proven track record of success and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Preferred: specialty sales experience and understanding of the related therapeutic area
