About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive demand generation of schizophrenia medications through clinical selling and product differentiation using approved clinical studies and marketing aids
- Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for the assigned geography
- Sell in different settings of care and identify key business opportunities
- Develop and implement customer-specific pre- and post-call selling approaches
- Develop territory coverage plans maximizing selling time with healthcare professionals
- Use business analytics to increase access to key stakeholders
- Develop business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals
- Adjust plans to minimize competitive impact and maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate with sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
- Meet call plan, resource execution, compliance, and sales training requirements
- Adhere to company compliance guidelines and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time
- Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
- Commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
