About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Salt Lake City, UT territory, including Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico
  • Promote current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product clinical efficacy and safety and articulate customer value propositions
  • Provide clinical information and achieve brand sales objectives
  • Conduct business analysis and prospect for new business within the geography
  • Align with sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop account plans with the District Manager and internal partners
  • Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans
  • Use approved marketing tools and resources, including digital presentations
  • Apply the selling skills framework to advance the selling cycle
  • Request, organize, and attend relevant oncology conferences, including possible weekend events
  • Discuss access and reimbursement options compliantly using approved resources and messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight and weekend travel
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Residing in the geography or willing to relocate
  • Specialty sales experience and understanding of the solid tumor and/or Oncology market preferred
  • Proven track record of success and ability to influence key stakeholders preferred
  • Hospital and large account sales experience with documented successful sales performance preferred
