Key responsibilities & impact

Install, service, and repair medical device equipment in external facilities to support sales teams and customers
Function as a primary resource for stakeholders
Provide frequent status updates and documented service reports to stakeholders
Complete on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities to factory specifications
Ensure installation, maintenance, and other necessary work is completed on time
Identify problems and recommend resolutions for existing products and procedures
Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive service
Work closely with colleagues for knowledge and skills transfer
Maintain trunk inventory and preserve calibrated test equipment and other electronic devices
Perform additional duties or projects as assigned

What you’ll need

Associates Degree or Technical Certification required (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical)
At least 2 years related experience is required
Ability to operate and maintain a corporate vehicle
Able to lift or move 50lbs
Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time
Ability to utilize hand tools and electronic test equipment to repair medical lasers and other medical devices
Ability to acclimate to modified schedules
