About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, implement and support core finance data platforms, including SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP MDG Master Data Governance
Design, develop, and maintain finance data platforms, data pipelines, and data architectures for enterprise reporting and analytics
Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
Support data architecture and data warehouse solution design, development, and enhancement
Build and deliver data pipelines, integrations, and backend data processing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency
Identify process improvements and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflows with AI
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards
Partner with Finance, IT, and data stakeholders to deliver finance data platform solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required
4–6 years of hands-on experience planning, designing, delivering and supporting finance platforms including SAP BW4HANA and SAP Data Integration (e.g., SLT and SDI)
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP platform architecture and management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
English proficiency required
Up to 10% domestic travel may be required
