About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, execution, and transformation of enterprise finance data platforms
Enable data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership
Plan, design, implement, and support finance data platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP S/4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP MDG
Design, develop, and maintain finance data platforms, data pipelines, and data architectures
Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and data-quality controls
Support data-architecture and data-warehouse solution development and enhancement
Build and deliver data pipelines, integrations, and backend data-processing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency
Identify process improvements and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflows with AI
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data-governance standards
Partner with Finance, IT, and data stakeholders while operating with a high degree of independence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required
4–6 years of hands-on experience planning, designing, delivering, and supporting finance platforms including SAP BW4HANA and SAP Data Integration (e.g., SLT and SDI)
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP platform architecture and management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
English proficiency required
Up to 10% domestic travel may be required
Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
Experience with SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere, SAP BDC, Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS preferred
Experience with SAP ABAP, SQL, and CDS Views preferred
Experience with SAP MDG and SAP cloud-platform data connections preferred
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures preferred
Experience delivering S/4 transformation initiatives preferred
Understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data management principles preferred
SAP, CPA, CFA, or data/analytics certifications preferred
