About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the DS International Office Finance Manager in delivering financial planning, reporting, compliance, and transformation activities
  • Prepare and consolidate actuals, forecasts, Long-Term Plans, Business Plans, Flash reporting, and Budget versus Actual analyses
  • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews and business discussions
  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist with Monthly Business Reviews and planning cycles
  • Maintain financial models and reporting tools
  • Support financial management and ensure financial information is accurately reflected in company systems
  • Assist with balance sheet reviews, accruals, reconciliations, financial controls, compliance, statutory, tax, and audit requirements
  • Support the AK19 equity clearing process through data collection, analysis, and reconciliation
  • Assist with cost allocation across sourcing entities
  • Support reporting transformation and standardization initiatives
  • Assist with process documentation, testing, training, and implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, standardization, and automation
  • Support development of dashboards and performance reporting tools
  • Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement projects
  • Partner with FP&A, Global Services, Tax, and Regional Finance teams
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information and escalate risks, issues, and data quality concerns
  • Take ownership of deliverables and participate in team meetings, planning discussions, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, business partnering, or related finance experience
  • Experience supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Learning agility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
  • Preferred: Master's degree or progress toward a professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
  • Preferred: Experience within Johnson & Johnson, MedTech, or a multinational organization
  • Preferred: Exposure to finance transformation, process improvement, or system implementation activities
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, CFIN, Power BI, or similar finance and reporting tools
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
