About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit transparency disclosures in accordance with regional and/or local requirements
  • Support governance processes through reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans
  • Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements
  • Support process, system, and reporting enhancements to improve transparency reporting effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with technology teams and leverage automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities for reporting capabilities
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
  • Experience in transparency disclosures (e.g., EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments Reporting/State Reporting or other local requirements) preferred
  • Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools preferred
  • Experience using analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies preferred
