About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Strategic Customer Solutions team within Trade and Marketing Solutions and Strategic Customer Group
  • Set the vision, strategy, and execution framework for identifying customer operational barriers and developing innovative solutions
  • Accelerate adoption of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine therapies across sites of care, IDNs, health systems, specialty networks, and payer customers
  • Lead Customer Operational Readiness Solutions, Enterprise Customer Solutions, and Digital Health Solutions
  • Generate market and customer insights, develop scalable operational solutions, and enable connected care delivery models
  • Embed customer operational readiness into launch planning, access strategies, and long-term growth objectives
  • Define and execute the Strategic Customer Solutions vision, priorities, and operating model
  • Develop enterprise customer operational readiness strategies across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch periods
  • Partner with brand, market access, and account management leaders on launch readiness, customer engagement, reimbursement planning, and access strategies
  • Identify emerging customer needs, healthcare delivery trends, and operational challenges for new solutions
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with internal functions and external stakeholders
  • Represent Strategic Customer Solutions in launch readiness planning, operational readiness strategy development, and strategic account initiatives
  • Influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations, business cases, and insight generation
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with direct people management responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ business experience
  • At least 8 years of demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance
  • Significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting, health system, market access, provider operations, or commercial leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing customer-focused strategies, operational readiness programs, or healthcare innovation initiatives
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrix environments
  • Strong understanding of provider, payer, health system, and care delivery ecosystems
  • Ability to translate customer insights into scalable business solutions and measurable outcomes
  • Proven people leadership experience with direct management responsibility
  • Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influence skills
  • Up to 20% travel, predominantly in the United States
  • Experience leading innovation, digital health, healthcare technology partnerships, or enterprise customer initiatives preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI preferred
