About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable sales growth by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced across assigned accounts and field territories
- Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities
- Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to assigned accounts and appropriate FSN locations
- Process required transactions in SAP
- Use analytics, data sources, and insights to drive data-informed decisions with Sales Leadership and achieve optimal inventory levels
- Manage support requests from the Field Sales Organization
- Support Field Sales Systems that improve efficiencies in the end-to-end sales process
- Perform data mining and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders
- Support commercial strategy implementation by guiding sales teams through process change management
- Complete other administrative tasks as required by the internal team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience
- Successful experience leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders in business or academic environments
- Ability to influence and develop partnerships resulting in departmental goals and objectives
- Ability to make effective oral and written presentations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently
- Strong general computer skills
- Experience utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Domestic travel up to 25%
- Ability to apply Excel at an advanced level (macros, linking of files) to inventory analysis
- Experience using systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms, particularly SAP and Movemedical
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, AI tools, or similar platforms to generate insights and support decision-making
- Experience in field sales communication and interactions
- Experience in the Medical Device industry
