About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the global technology product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Global Connext content capabilities and Global DAM / GCSO DAM
- Serve as the Global Content Technical DRI for Connext, providing technology direction, cross-regional coordination, integration requirements, backlog alignment, delivery governance, and technical readiness
- Lead Global DAM / GCSO DAM technology ownership, including demand intake, roadmap prioritization, operating-model decisions, platform governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery/support coordination
- Translate business objectives and user needs into capabilities, epics, features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Establish and facilitate global prioritization balancing business value, compliance, risk, architecture, delivery capacity, cost, and regional dependencies
- Coordinate cross-platform dependencies across Connext, DAM / Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Veeva PromoMats / iMR, Workfront, design systems, content data, AI-enabled capabilities, and integrations
- Partner with architecture, engineering, DevOps, quality, security, privacy, compliance, validation, and support teams to define scalable solutions and maintain SDLC and GxP documentation
- Maintain a prioritized global product backlog and ensure delivery readiness, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done
- Guide discovery, assessments, proofs of concept, implementation planning, testing, release readiness, deployment, adoption, and transition to support
- Manage technology risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate trade-offs and provide recommendations
- Develop investment and resource recommendations for global delivery
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, adoption measures, delivery health, platform reliability, and business-value outcomes
- Coordinate innovation, automation, metadata, content intelligence, AI readiness, and emerging capabilities
- Ensure governance, metadata standards, content lifecycle requirements, permissions, rights management, auditability, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, decisions, progress, risks, and value to leaders, stakeholders, regional teams, and delivery partners
- Coach and influence cross-functional teams through a matrixed operating model
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technology product management, technical product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or a related area
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience owning or leading medium- and large-scale technology products or programs from strategy and discovery through delivery, release, operations, and continuous improvement
- Experience working across global and regional teams in a matrixed organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong understanding of Agile product management, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, dependency management, and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to translate business strategy and complex processes into scalable technology capabilities and executable delivery plans
- Experience managing priorities, risks, resources, vendors, financial trade-offs, KPIs, and executive-level communications
- Understanding of security, privacy, compliance, validation, and documentation expectations in a regulated technology environment
