About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, analyze, enhance, implement, maintain, and support field-based solutions for DePuy Synthes
- Lead and support projects to develop and test orthopedic inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions
- Develop actionable recommendations and implementation strategies
- Lead and support customer deployments and pilots of field-based inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions
- Lead discussions with internal teams and customers to identify inventory optimization and digital solution expansion opportunities
- Support digital solution marketing and adoption across customer segments, including ASCs, Trauma Centers, IDNs, and hospitals
- Shape scorecards and dashboards to track customer initiative progress
- Educate MedTech teams on processes and systems addressing customer goals and challenges
- Lead continuous improvement and standardization of customer engagements, deployments, and tracking
- Assess supply chain needs, recommend and implement solutions, and provide recommendations to the Supply Chain Customer Solutions Team
- Mine and analyze data from Order to Cash, Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve, and customer-provided sources
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Supply Chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant Supply Chain/Distribution Logistics experience required
- Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization, including managing and leading without authority
- Demonstrated problem-solving and advanced analytical skills
- MS PowerPoint and MS Excel proficiency
- Supply Chain experience within a healthcare environment and/or distributor of medical and surgical supplies preferred
- Customer service experience and/or direct customer interaction preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Macros, and data import/export preferred
- Experience/proficiency with MS Project and/or MS Visio flowcharting preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or Tableau preferred
- LEAN/Process Excellence experience, training, or certification preferred
- APICS, FPX/PMP, or CPM certifications preferred
- Located in Raritan, NJ, with consideration for other US locations or remote
