About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and customize SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions, including SAP BN4L and Advanced TM modules
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with multifunctional teams
Translate business objectives into actionable SAP TM configurations
Serve as the main point of contact between business users and IT
Facilitate clear and effective communication
Identify, document, and raise critical issues appropriately
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive project delivery, solution adoption, and ongoing system optimization
Align business requirements with technical execution
Craft and optimize transportation management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP
Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to business and IT stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation leadership skills
Professional SAP TM certification or equivalent credentials preferred
Experience with regional and international SAP TM deployments preferred
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management, including configuration and implementation
Demonstrated expertise in BN4L and Advanced TM functionalities
Familiarity with change management and project leadership in large-scale SAP environments
Approximately 10–25% regional and international travel required
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement
