About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS operations across the global distribution network
Support end-to-end warehouse operational workflows and integration points between J&J systems and 3PL WMS environments
Establish standardized business process requirements and operational interaction models for the asset-light operating model
Translate operational requirements into structured system and integration requirements with Systems Strategy and IT teams
Define business requirements for inventory management, inbound/outbound execution, order processing, inventory visibility, and warehouse transaction flows
Support development and deployment of integration frameworks, process standards, and playbooks for 3PL WMS operations
Align warehouse processes, partner execution models, and upstream/downstream business processes, including Order-to-Cash interactions
Ensure 3PL partner and regional delivery requirements are reflected in WMS integration approaches
Drive governance and issue resolution for operational integration gaps, process inconsistencies, and business process alignment
Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify warehouse processes and integration approaches across regions and partners
Support development of KPIs and operational monitoring frameworks for WMS integration effectiveness and warehouse execution performance
Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices from deployments and operational feedback
Collaborate with global Transformation W&T, 3PL Partner Excellence, Regional Deliver Teams, IT, and Digital
Operate within Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s supply chain transformation initiative to design and realize the future-state supply chain network

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles
Experience defining and improving operational processes, governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments
Experience shaping and implementing WMS/TMS
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Regional experience managing operations, suppliers, or providers across multiple markets
Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, reporting files, or governance materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to support structured execution of operational processes
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze multiple data sources in high-pressure environments and provide prompt recommendations and solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and simplify situations and issues with clear actions
Ability to thrive and drive execution in highly matrixed environments and work in a “pod” environment
MBA advantageous
Exposure to warehouse, transportation, or 3PL-managed logistics environments highly preferred
Experience in MedTech, hi-tech, pharma, or complex regulated industries
Exposure to 3PL WMS/TMS implementation or other supply chain transformation initiatives
Experience in value realization, transformation governance, or operational strategy
Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR certification desirable
Ability to manage operational and technical issues at a detailed level
Strong compliance and quality-driven mindset
