About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of third-party vendor relationships supporting HR operations
- Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors
- Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements across financial, operational, and quality metrics
- Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
- Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
- Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and compliance
- Identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data
- Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and scope or service changes
- Ensure adherence to Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field
- Experience managing third-party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight
- Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and vendor governance practices
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit practices related to vendor services
- Up to 10–15% domestic travel
- No additional language requirements
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, HR certifications, and vendor management certifications preferred
