About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of third-party vendor relationships supporting HR operations
  • Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors
  • Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements across financial, operational, and quality metrics
  • Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and policy compliance
  • Identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and scope or service changes
  • Ensure adherence to Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight
  • Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and vendor governance practices
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit practices related to vendor services
  • Up to 10–15% domestic travel
  • Advanced degree, CPSM, HR certifications, vendor management certifications, analytics tools, and reporting platforms are preferred
