About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own, evolve, and realize value from sector and enterprise digital platforms and capabilities enabling MedTech R&D
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital platforms, including Product Lifecycle Management, Risk & Requirements, and adjacent R&D capabilities
  • Own defined platforms, products, or capability areas
  • Lead product deployments, operations, adoption, and value realization of sector R&D digital platforms
  • Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, governance models, and stakeholder alignment
  • Enable innovation through automation and adaptive, data-driven digital capabilities
  • Evaluate and sponsor emerging technologies
  • Own capability-level roadmaps and onboarding success
  • Adapt platforms to changes in business scale, operating models, and technology
  • Lead people or operate as a senior individual contributor with product accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8–12+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership
  • Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments
  • Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
  • Experience leading global digital platforms or portfolios preferred
  • Experience with PLM, Risk & Requirements, or digital thread enablement preferred
  • Exposure to automation, AI, or emerging digital technologies preferred
  • Ability to own and deliver defined platforms or capability areas
  • May lead people or operate as a senior individual contributor
  • Strong execution focus and delivery accountability
  • MS preferred
