About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategic design and daily execution of the US Global Distribution & Commercial Logistics supply chain network
  • Support end-to-end movement of finished goods from manufacturing facilities to regional distribution centers, distributor partners, and hospitals and surgical centers
  • Maximize surgical order fulfillment rates across a complex network of loaner instrument kits and multi-SKU surgical trays
  • Lead a team of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence Analysts
  • Optimize US end-to-end product flow, order fulfillment networks, and distribution metrics for the US Joint Reconstruction business unit
  • Manage, coach, and develop logistics and data analysts
  • Foster data storytelling and identify supply chain risks aligned with commercial business plans
  • Establish performance objectives, balance workload distribution, and champion inclusive leadership
  • Evaluate the US physical footprint and optimize node locations for regional fulfillment networks
  • Deploy business intelligence solutions such as Power BI dashboards to track OTIF, inventory turns, and financial and operational metrics
  • Ensure order restrictions align with business objectives
  • Synchronize distribution capabilities with commercial and customer service strategies to meet internal and external SLAs
  • Partner with Sales & Operations Planning teams to support launches, competitive conversion requests, and field orders
  • Manage ad hoc analytical projects and cross-functional programs supporting business strategy and fleet asset recommendations
  • Report to the Senior Director, US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's undergraduate degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain disciplines, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or inventory management
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and SAP/OTC
  • Ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting defined timelines
  • Ability to make sound management decisions and identify actions supporting company initiatives
  • Effective oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to build effective interdependent partnering and employee relationships across functional areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and precise execution
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • English required
  • Preferred: Master's degree or MBA
  • Preferred: Experience in Alteryx and PRMS/AS400
  • Preferred: Operations competencies in product innovation, planning, customer and logistics services, and manufacturing
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Joints Reconstruction or orthopedic medical device portfolios
  • Preferred: Experience navigating regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in MedTech
  • APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus
