About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own HEMA projects and initiatives supporting market expansion opportunities for the VELYS Knee platform
- Contribute to target product profiles, economic value propositions, and evidence-generation strategies and plans
- Lead evidence-generation projects establishing product value
- Implement reimbursement strategies enabling market access and commercial success
- Develop value dossiers, value analysis briefs, economic models, and dissemination initiatives
- Support and coordinate HEMA associates to support commercial business objectives without direct people-management responsibilities
- Collaborate with US and global business partners, Regional HEMA partners, Marketing, R&D, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Professional Education, and Legal
- Report to the Director, HEMA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences related field required
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research or healthcare-related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals or HEOR consulting
- Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and reimbursement
- Experience developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies
- Ability to work from strategy development through execution and value creation with minimal oversight
- Ability to build partnerships and influence decisions with multifunctional teams
- Experience working in decentralized and cross-functional business models
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of data collection and review practices
- Proactive, highly responsible, and accountable approach
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and demonstrate influence capabilities
- Up to 20% travel required
