About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the VELYS Knee platform and collaborate with US and global business partners to ensure market access and competitive advantage
- Own development and execution of global evidence-generation and market-access requirements for the product pipeline and post-product launch
- Own HEMA projects and initiatives supporting market-expansion opportunities
- Contribute to target product profiles, economic value propositions, and evidence-generation strategies and plans
- Lead evidence-generation projects establishing product value
- Implement reimbursement strategies enabling market access and commercial success
- Develop value dossiers, value-analysis briefs, economic models, and dissemination initiatives
- Support and coordinate HEMA associates’ work toward commercial objectives without direct people-management responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional HEMA partners and Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal
- Report to the Director, HEMA
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences related field is required
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research or healthcare-related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals or HEOR consulting
- Ability to work from strategy development through execution and value creation with minimal oversight
- Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and reimbursement
- Experience developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies
- Ability to build partnerships and engage with multifunctional teams to influence decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and demonstrate influence capabilities
- Experience working in decentralized and cross-functional business models
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of data collection and review practices
- Proactive, highly responsible and accountable approach
- Ability to work from one of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raritan, New Jersey; Warsaw, Indiana; or Markham, Ontario
- Up to 20% travel required
