About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules
  • Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics for forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, planning effectiveness, and master data quality
  • Analyze sophisticated datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance
  • Present data-driven recommendations and complex analytical concepts to leadership, business partners, and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement and manage business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions
  • Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across systems
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support ERP enhancements, data architecture improvements, and system integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines
  • Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance
  • Solid experience with ERP systems, including SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Proven experience developing and managing planning performance metrics and KPI frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights and operational improvements
  • Experience with SQL, Alteryx, JavaScript, Python, or other data management and automation tools preferred
  • Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Experience with APO, Blue Yonder, or OMP preferred
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and advanced analytics techniques preferred
  • Experience leading digital transformation or process automation preferred
  • APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent preferred
