About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning and coordination of technology solutions supporting platform transformation, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Translate business priorities, operational challenges, and risks into a 0–5-year technology roadmap
- Serve as the primary JJT technology contact for site leadership and business stakeholders
- Own identification, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of technology demand and capabilities
- Align local solutions with standard enterprise product categories and global technology ecosystems
- Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and support business cases and investment justification
- Drive speed-to-value through Agile and iterative delivery practices
- Establish stakeholder communications covering roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Partner with external vendors on resourcing, delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and governance
- Manage IT financials, operating budgets, total cost of ownership, and cost optimization
- Improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and cost effectiveness of plant technology solutions
- Own operational performance and technology continuity, including incident management, escalations, root cause analysis, service governance, risk management, and reliability improvement
- Embed quality, safety, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, reliability, and technology lifecycle practices into roadmaps
- Provide site technology leadership and coordinate internal teams and vendors, including people management where assigned
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities that address priorities and create measurable business value
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and platform capabilities for the MedTech Global CXM Marketing platform built on Microsoft Dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 7 years of related experience in IT
- Proven experience leading technology delivery and support in a regulated manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment
- Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable plans
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing across multiple functions
- Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership
- Experience managing complexity, concurrent initiatives, and competing priorities in a matrixed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, coaching contributors, and coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Experience with project management or Agile methodologies
- Preferred: experience in medtech, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes and technology solutions
- Preferred: familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, and technology lifecycle management
- Preferred: experience with external vendors and global or enterprise IT service organizations
- Preferred: familiarity with XR/VR, LMS systems, digital ecosystems, CRM, and AI concepts
