About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into product and system capabilities
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze business processes and user needs to improve marketing effectiveness, system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT delivery teams, vendors, and platform owners to deliver compliant solutions on time and within scope
  • Enable reporting, dashboards, and insights supporting campaign performance, customer engagement, and commercial decision-making
  • Assist with change management, user training, documentation, communications, and post-implementation support
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, recommend enhancements, and prioritize backlog items
  • Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Apply AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms and optimize customer engagement, pricing, and revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a technology, business, or product analyst supporting commercial, marketing, or customer-facing systems within an IT or digital function
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including requirements definition and user support
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Working knowledge of data concepts, integrations, and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate across IT, marketing, and external vendors and influence without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English required; additional languages a plus
  • Up to 10% travel, primarily domestic
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting global or regional commercial organizations within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile or product-based delivery models preferred
  • Experience working with vendors or system integrators delivering marketing or CRM solutions preferred
  • Agile, Product Management, CRM, or Marketing Technology certifications preferred
