About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a two-year MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program with two one-year rotations
  • Gain diverse marketing experience across U.S. MedTech Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or different business units
  • Lead worldwide product launches and develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, and forecasts
  • Contribute to global brand strategies, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management
  • Partner with R&D to lead project core teams through new product development from conception to launch
  • Build relationships with surgeon customers and key vendors to identify unmet portfolio and customer needs
  • Lead and implement North America product launches through customer-facing promotion and education
  • Monitor market needs through customer interaction, sales travel, industry meetings, and medical journals
  • Partner with Sales Teams to gather customer insights and align marketing strategy
  • Align customer insights with product capabilities and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align demand and supply
  • Address strategic business issues with exposure to global business leaders and cross-functional areas
  • Drive innovation and collaborate across a matrixed organization
  • Interview for potential permanent opportunities after completing program rotations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must graduate from an accredited MBA program between July 2026 and June 2027
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience following completion of an undergraduate degree
  • Experience in healthcare and/or medical device technology industries and marketing highly preferred
  • Experience in product management, market research, sales, business development, consulting, strategy, or other commercial functions preferred
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requiring future sponsorship do not meet program requirements unless eligible for an alternative long-term status without company sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week at one of the listed program locations
  • Demonstrated passion for advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Decision-making, critical-issue understanding, and project-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a record of taking initiative, driving results, and navigating ambiguity
  • Proven record of achievement and continuous growth in a professional business environment
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a highly collaborative team setting
