About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 18-month Military Veteran Leadership Development Program
- Complete three unique six-month rotations
- Transition from military leadership into a corporate career with Johnson & Johnson
- Gain enterprise exposure through cross-functional and cross-sector rotations and programmatic curriculum
- Build relationships with cross-functional and cross-sector leaders
- Develop critical capabilities through rotations selected based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need
- Rotate across areas including Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Brand Management, and Sales
- Shape business outcomes across Johnson & Johnson's MedTech and Innovative Medicine segments
- Move into a full-time role after successful completion of the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be transitioning from active-duty military service or less than 4 years removed
- 0–2 years transitioning from active duty preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of military leadership experience required
- 5–10 years of military leadership experience preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Relocation to the New Jersey or Pennsylvania area for the duration of the program required
- Demonstrated successful experience as a people manager and/or leader with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver results
- Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Desire to transfer military experience into a career in the healthcare sector with Johnson & Johnson
