Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive demand generation of Spravato through clinical selling and product differentiation

  • Develop territory coverage plans to maximize selling time with healthcare professionals

  • Develop business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals
  • Adjust plans to minimize competitive impact and maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
  • Meet call plan, resource utilization, compliance, and sales training requirements
  • Adhere to company compliance guidelines and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to travel, including overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in the Columbia, Greenville, or Spartanburg, South Carolina geography and/or be willing to relocate
  • Preferred: Proven track record of success and ability to influence key stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, competitive selling environment
  • Preferred: Specialty sales experience and understanding of the related therapeutic area
