About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive demand generation of Spravato through clinical selling and product differentiation using approved clinical studies and marketing aids
  • Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for the assigned geography
  • Sell in different settings of care and identify key business opportunities
  • Develop and implement customer-specific pre- and post-call selling approaches
  • Evaluate and address practitioners’ perspectives and institutional philosophies within compliance guidelines
  • Develop territory coverage plans that maximize selling time with healthcare professionals
  • Use business analytics to increase access to key stakeholders
  • Develop business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals
  • Adjust plans to minimize competition impact and maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
  • Meet call plan, resource execution, utilization, compliance, and sales training requirements
  • Adhere to current company compliance guidelines and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
  • Proven track record of success and ability to influence and impact key stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, and competitive selling environment preferred
  • Specialty sales experience and understanding of the related therapeutic area preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
