About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive demand generation of Caplyta and InVega Sustenna through clinical selling and product differentiation
- Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for the geographical assignment
- Sell in different settings of care and identify key business opportunities
- Develop and implement customer-specific pre- and post-call selling approaches
- Develop territory coverage plans that maximize selling time with healthcare professionals
- Use business analytics to increase access to key stakeholders
- Develop business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals
- Adjust plans to minimize competition impact and maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate with sales leadership, other Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
- Meet call plan, resource execution, utilization, compliance, and sales training requirements
- Adhere to current company compliance guidelines and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, with a minimum of one (1) year of healthcare sales experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to travel, which may include overnight/weekend travel, up to 30% of the time
- Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
- Specialty sales experience in and understanding of related therapeutic area preferred
- Proven track record of success and ability to influence and impact key stakeholders preferred
- Commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
