About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage specific logistics product capabilities and their deployment across Transcend programs
  • Own backlog prioritization, requirements, process design, testing readiness, and rollout coordination
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and align with the global template
  • Own one or more logistics domains, including inbound, warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, outbound, inventory management, 3PL integrations, and compliance and trade
  • Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities
  • Partner with architects and solution teams during solution confirmation
  • Support deployments including Dynamo, Optimize, Ottava, Norderstedt, and future Tier 1 sites
  • Coordinate BST, UAT, training readiness, and deployment activities
  • Manage product backlog, change requests, defects, design decisions, and release planning
  • Gather business feedback, measure adoption, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with business teams on change management activities
  • Drive deployment readiness, reduced customizations, increased template reuse, user satisfaction, defect reduction, and business value delivered

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in logistics, supply chain, SAP EWM, or product management
  • Experience with requirements, testing, and deployment activities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with logistics product capabilities and deployment across supply chain programs
  • Knowledge of inbound logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, outbound logistics, inventory management, 3PL integrations, or compliance and trade
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities
  • Ability to evaluate standard versus customization principles
  • Experience coordinating BST, UAT, training readiness, and deployment activities
  • Experience managing product backlogs, change requests, defects, design decisions, and release planning
