About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and execute the product management strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio in LATAM
- Ensure effective product positioning, lifecycle management, and commercialization across markets
- Provide indirect leadership of local marketing platform teams
- Coordinate product roadmaps, lifecycle management activities, and portfolio updates
- Support product positioning strategies aligned with clinical value, commercial priorities, and market needs
- Translate regional and global product strategy into market-ready plans for South LATAM
- Execute market segmentation strategies and analyze market trends, performance data, and customer insights
- Provide structured insights and recommendations to senior product and commercial leaders
- Support product enhancements, features, and line extensions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and Regional teams
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of Product Management initiatives
- Develop commercial tools and materials, including product messaging, value propositions, and launch materials
- Support product launch activities and ensure readiness across functions and markets
- Interface between Product Management and Commercial teams
- Manage team workflow, prioritization, and compliance with internal standards and processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Apply and model Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within MedTech or healthcare environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities
- Advanced English proficiency for global and regional interaction is a must
- Initial people leadership or supervision experience is preferred
