About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, design, build, and govern the multi-instance SAP application landscape, including ECC and S/4
  • Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances supporting Day 1 separation
  • Lead the TSA transition period and execute SAP instance consolidation into S/4 supporting TSA exit
  • Define and contribute to ERP and enterprise application architecture aligned with business strategy and technology standards
  • Design and integrate ERP systems with enterprise platforms across systems, technologies, and data environments
  • Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technology solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Lead and support system integration efforts for seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for ERP and enterprise operations
  • Develop and maintain ERP documentation, standards, and architectural models
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration and performance issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture, including prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members
  • Hands-on and leadership experience with SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP ABAP/Development, or SAP BTP and IS Integration
  • SAP ABAP development experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA in RICEFW
  • SAP GRC Access Control expertise, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM/Firefighter
  • SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BTP administration across hybrid cloud platform landscapes
  • Integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM, TM, GTS, IBP, Concur, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms
  • Experience leading teams and SI partners; technical governance, code reviews, estimation, design authority, and mentoring
  • Production support, critical incident management, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and release management across 24×7 global SAP environments
  • Excellent collaboration with SAP functional leads, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, QA/Validation, Infrastructure, and global IT leadership
  • English required
  • Up to 20% travel, primarily domestic with occasional international travel
  • Preferred: global S/4 implementations or transformations; SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, REST/OData, Joule/Generative AI, API Management, SOAP, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, event-driven integration, SAP security integration, regulated-industry experience, vendor management, and separation/spin-off/carve-out/M&A technology experience
  • ERP platform, TOGAF, or cloud certifications preferred
