About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and execute commercial advisory board meetings, Innovation Workshops, Voice of Customer events, and other engagement opportunities
Manage HCP contracts, timesheets, services, logistics, event documentation, and meeting minutes
Partner with JR & Digital Customer Experience and JIC Customer Liaison Team Leads on thought leader engagement strategy
Coordinate company contact with thought leaders across development, marketing, professional education, Health Economic & Market Access, clinical, and other functions
Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with physicians and medical associations
Develop aligned external engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups
Provide strategic insights from key customers and identify thought leaders in the therapeutic space
Partner with global cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and governance of innovation initiatives across power tools, navigation, robotics, data and digital capabilities, and advanced technologies
Support development, prioritization, execution, and commercialization of the VELYS Digital Surgery portfolio
Collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, corporate functions, GSM, US and international marketing, professional and commercial education, and new technology managers
Facilitate external evaluation and launch of new technologies, product development, clinical and education strategy, and marketing messaging
Provide leadership and insights to the DePuy Synthes leadership team
Travel 25–40% as required
Report to the Global Head of Robotics, Digital Surgery

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required
Experience successfully leading complex cross-functional projects or programs is required
Ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of strategic business priorities is required
Demonstrated success collaborating with critical internal and external stakeholders is required
Track record of driving strategic change and organizational alignment to meet evolving business needs is required
Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required
Experience successfully operating in a matrix environment is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands while maintaining a high level of execution excellence is required
Experience working with product development, upstream marketing, innovation management, portfolio management, or project management is preferred
Understanding of medical device development, commercialization processes, and healthcare markets is preferred
Experience supporting capital equipment, robotics, navigation, software, digital health, or enabling technologies is preferred
