About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists
  • Prioritize opportunities and secure and apply resources to improve results
  • Develop and execute an aligned West Region business plan for the RYBREVANT franchise across Lung and Head & Neck cancers
  • Deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives
  • Address disease-area customer, market, access, and operational needs
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and external partners
  • Develop optimal access and effective operating networks
  • Coach leaders and teams to align stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
  • Set account goals and objectives
  • Oversee account metrics and business performance
  • Provide integrated regional leadership across the West Region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Prior people management experience
  • Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including possible overnight/weekend travel
  • Candidates should reside within the West Region or be willing to relocate
  • Preferred: cross-functional experience beyond sales and sales learning and development, including in-line or strategic marketing
  • Preferred: healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Preferred: prior sales experience as a professional sales representative and/or District Manager
  • Strongly preferred: oncology/solid tumor experience, including lung and/or head and neck cancer experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning and applying emerging technologies such as AI
