About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to generate insights supporting strategic business decisions and profitable growth
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sales funnel opportunities
  • Lead and support portfolio optimization initiatives to reduce portfolio complexity, improve SKU management, and minimize excess inventory
  • Develop, implement, and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices for process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Monitor portfolio optimization projects and provide updates through Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for regional and local business planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of new processes and governance models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven mindset
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal
