About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of supply chain data
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives that streamline day-to-day operations
  • Partner across supply chain teams to gather requirements and identify process gaps
  • Design scalable, automated data quality solutions
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce data quality standards, rules, and governance
  • Identify, investigate, and monitor data discrepancies, anomalies, and root causes
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes for automation
  • Build, test, and deploy automated workflows using tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Python, SQL scripts, and ETL pipelines
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve automation and analytics
  • Engage cross-functional teams on projects and critical initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align outcomes, and communicate progress and impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain data management or analytics, focused on data quality and process automation
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, and ETL
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and master data domains, including material, vendor, customer, BOM, and inventory
  • Proven ability to capture requirements and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance frameworks, and MDM tools preferred
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Snowflake preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred
  • Analytical competence and problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Bias for action, continuous improvement, and innovation
