About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the monthly and quarterly generation of dashboards and associated data visualizations for key COE programs
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to support the global FM COE and business partners with reporting outputs
- Provide data oversight and stewardship of FM metrics, business interruption, and other FM programs
- Build partnerships with internal and external digital and business intelligence teams to enhance COE reporting capabilities
- Provide technical expertise to support the E&PS risk and compliance platform, including ingestion of data from external sources
- Collaborate across all levels and functions within E&PS to support a “ONE” E&PS approach
- Support annual FM program scoping efforts, including new acquisitions and greenfield sites led by project delivery
- Collaborate with E&PS digital teams to maintain an accurate global property list with attributes supporting ARC governance
- Support the global facility management COE through data analytics and intelligence
- Work closely with facility service providers, strategic third parties, regional and site facility teams, enterprise risk management, data science teams, IAD, Project Delivery, and corporate Real Estate teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Comfortable working independently with ambiguous data, defining requirements, and establishing a roadmap to improve data quality
- Confirmed experience supporting enterprise asset management & risk organizations
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and Excel
- Strong expertise in data management, visualization, and analysis
- Experience working with key external strategic partners to build robust digital ecosystems connected through cloud environments
- Strong communication and ability to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to adapt emerging trends and industry innovations
- Basic statistics working
- Proficiency (oral & written) in the English language is required
- Candidates must already have authorization to work in the country of employment
- Immigration sponsorship and relocation support are not available
- Preferred: Robust statistical knowledge
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in the use of GRC platform
- Preferred: Proven knowledge in leading third-party capital management programs
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience providing support for a global engineering team
