About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Provide clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform account development activities and create competent, confident clinical champions to drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes
- Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant
- Educate physicians and clinical staff to build competence, clinical support, and confidence
- Identify and act on educational opportunities
- Provide technically complex case support
- Liaise between customers and the corporate office for cases requiring peer review
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints or technical issues
- Communicate regularly with peers to support strategic account development objectives
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products
- Deliver fellow/physician education programs
- Develop professional education events tailored to each market
- Comply with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPPA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
- Ability to work in all departments of the hospital, including the operating room environment
- Travel 50%–75% of the time within the designated territory
- Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
- Ability to work in a field-based clinical support environment with frequent travel across the assigned territory
- Comfort working autonomously while partnering closely with the broader commercial team
