About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cover the Central Florida Territory, ideally based out of Tampa or Orlando
  • Provide a high level of clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Perform account development activities to create competent, confident clinical champions and drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes
  • Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant
  • Deliver education focused on building competence and confidence among physicians and clinical staff
  • Identify and act on educational opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technically complex case support
  • Liaise between customers and the corporate office for cases requiring peer review
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints or technical issues
  • Communicate regularly with peers to support strategic partnerships and account development objectives
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products
  • Deliver fellow and physician education programs
  • Develop professional education events tailored to each market
  • Work autonomously in hospital and procedural settings while partnering with the broader commercial team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
  • Ability to work in all departments of the hospital, including the operating room environment
  • Travel 50%–75% of the time within the designated territory
  • Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
  • Expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products
  • Ability to deliver fellow/physician education programs
  • Compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPPA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines on Interaction with US Healthcare Professionals
