About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementation of the Transcend SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Coordinate deployment activities across Mobilization, Solution confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare
- Mobilize stakeholders to gather release requirements and confirm regional, site, or function solution designs
- Ensure integrated deployment execution across technology teams, design and build factory, and ecosystems
- Manage deployment test cycles, data loads, technical/business go-live, and release hypercare
- Align release planning with stakeholders across IM Transcend and interdependent programs
- Manage deployment planning, progress tracking, resources, risks, and stage-gate readiness
- Partner with business process owners, technical product owners, ecosystem owners, and vendor partners
- Administer day-to-day deployment operations across release phases
- Support program methodology implementation, including templates, tools, controls, and cadence
- Lead daily and weekly program-team cadence, meetings, and reporting
- Identify and escalate risks and manage cross-program interdependencies, issues, and challenges
- Coordinate Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare workstreams
- Drive ecosystem engagement, negotiate priorities, and finalize joint plans
- Build release communication content for broader program communications
- Promote standard methodology and continuous improvement across functional system deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience
- A minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience
- Project Management experience in large business transformation and/or ERP implementation programs
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry
- Good knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
- Experience with agile methodology
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
- Experience with SAP technology and a solid understanding of the SAP S/4 family of products
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Solid sense of urgency and ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Flexible, thriving on change and able to adapt to it
- Preferred: Information Technology, Supply Chain, or Finance area of study
- Preferred: Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare industry experience
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA
- Experience working in a global/regional setting
- Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers
