  • Drive district performance across the Neuroscience portfolio through customer-focused execution aligned with patient and business needs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and development planning
  • Coach and mentor the team to strengthen selling effectiveness, clinical execution using approved resources, and business acumen
  • Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships
  • Anticipate market dynamics using internal and external data to adjust strategy and remove barriers
  • Influence Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing using field insights
  • Reinforce accountability, inclusion, team health, and clear expectations through change
  • Adhere to Healthcare Compliance policies and guidelines
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to scale best practices, strengthen strategic planning, and elevate team execution while maintaining privacy and data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred
  • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales management experience, including leading through change and performance management and development planning
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including potential overnight and weekend travel
  • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
  • Experience defining collaboration approaches, aligning cross-functional partners, removing barriers, and influencing outcomes beyond the district
  • Experience coaching others, leading change, building followership, and driving clarity and prioritization
  • Experience designing coaching approaches and adapting coaching strategies to individual needs
  • Experience creating development pathways, building bench strength, and supporting succession readiness
  • Experience using internal and external data to build compliant integrated district plans and translate strategy into execution expectations
  • Experience establishing data-driven decision-making best practices and using performance insights to identify trends and shape strategy
  • Experience leveraging approved AI-enabled tools while maintaining privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment
  • Preferred: enterprise influence, Neuroscience therapeutic area experience, large account management and access/reimbursement experience, district-wide or regional capability-building experience, emerging technology/AI experience, and team AI literacy development
