About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a finance partner to Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain leaders
  • Provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across indirect spend categories
  • Analyze procurement savings, productivity initiatives, and contract value realization
  • Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs for spend, savings, and cost drivers
  • Provide financial governance and variance analysis
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams on sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
  • Drive standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and enhanced financial transparency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, supply chain finance, or procurement finance
  • Experience supporting indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain cost structures
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute work/project plans
  • Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining high quality
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence business decisions
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms
  • English language required
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, primarily domestically
  • MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced financial training preferred
  • Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing, supplier contracts, and savings tracking methodologies preferred
  • Experience supporting transformation or cost-productivity initiatives preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
  • CPA, CMA, or similar financial certification preferred but not required
